Man Arrested After Gay Sex Assault in LA Fitness

Very interesting read. The gay locker room is a jungle of inappropriate behavior. I will let this issue rest for now, because I could write a very large girthy book on the subject.

A 29-year-old man was arrested Friday evening in the locker room of gay-popular LA Fitness in Ansley Mall for allegedly masturbating and humping a gym-goer in the bathroom.

Edwin Troy Causey (top photo) was arrested in the locker room and charged with public indecency and simple battery. He remains in the Fulton County Jail on $1,500 bond, according to jail records.

Charlie Stadtlander (second photo), an LGBT activist and former candidate for the Atlanta City Council and Board of Education, said he spotted Causey in the restroom of the gym when he entered at the end of his workout a little after 7 p.m. on Friday. He noticed some movement by Causey in his peripheral vision and turned to find him allegedly masturbating, Stadtlander says. Continue reading

How do you Choose the right fitness routine?

Regardless the reason why you are getting involved in fitness, you are going to be a much more healthy, especially if fitness has not been a major part of your previous life. Some of the most important health benefits that you can gain from a fitness regime include living longer, losing excess weight, lower your body fat and simply living a sound and healthy life. These results can be achieved from a workout routine that you do either at a local gym or in the comfort of your own home. The choice that is appropriate for you will depend mainly upon your time limitations and what you are looking to achieve. In fact, exercising in your own home will give you a great deal of privacy. On the other hand, at the gym or fitness center you can pay to have the help of a trainer but you may not have a lot of time to take advantage of this because you will also have to work around the gym’s schedule. Left Brain Hemisphere Also Plays Big Part In Creative Thinking, Study Shows

Everyone knows that the left-brained are the logical ones, and the right-brained are the creative types. But a new study shows that while creativity is largely a right-brained task, the left hemisphere of the brain plays a part, too.

Researchers from the University of Southern California published a study in the journal Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience showing that the left brain is a crucial supporter of the right brain for creative tasks.

“We need both hemispheres for creative processing,” study researcher Lisa Aziz-Zadeh, an assistant professor at USC, said in a statement.
